Refund eligibility

  • You purchased the service in the last 3 days.
  • You have not requested a refund before.
  • You have not breached our TOS & Acceptable Use Policy.
  • The service you are refunding is eligible for a refund. / Credit balance, Dedicated Servers, are not eligible for a refund./

Refunds are available once per customer. Also if 3 days have gone we would judge the refund request on a case by case basis. / We may offer refund in credit-balance./
